Welcome to zoningmissoula.com...
a web-based portal for information about the City of
Missoula’s Zoning and Subdivision Regulations Update. The
update project is intended to result in a comprehensive
clean-up and modernization of the city’s Zoning Ordinance
and possible amendments to the Subdivision Regulations.
Don’t be misled by the name “zoningmissoula.” This is not
a project that will result in a rezoning of property in
the city or about changing the zoning map to reclassify
neighborhoods from one zoning district to another. It’s
all about creating an up-to-date rulebook that governs
land development in the city.
